Privacy Policy

agworld.online. Version of 17 September 2026.

1. Who handles your data

2. What is collected

Only what you type into the “Request” form or write in an email:

No special category data is requested, and the site is not aimed at children.

3. Why, and on what basis

The single purpose is to answer your enquiry. The basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form before the email is created; you can withdraw it at any time.

4. How the message travels

The form sends nothing by itself. It prepares a draft that opens in your own email program, and you send it. The message arrives at hello@agworld.ru, a mailbox hosted in Russia by REG.RU, which also hosts the Russian version of this site. This site itself is served by Vercel. If you are outside Russia, replying to you means your message is stored on a server in Russia, a country without an EU adequacy decision; sending the email is your decision to make.

5. How long it is kept

Correspondence is kept until the enquiry is settled and no longer than three years after the last message, or until you withdraw consent.

6. What happens in your browser

There is no analytics, advertising or tracking, and no cookies are set. Browser local storage keeps interface preferences only — chosen language, icon order, liked tracks — which stay on your device. The weather widget asks your browser for your location; if you decline, a default city is used. Coordinates are sent to open-meteo.com and bigdatacloud.net purely to fetch a forecast and place name, and are not stored by this site. Opening an embedded project inside the “Browser” app loads that third-party site, which then sees your IP address.

7. Your rights

You may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its use, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@agworld.ru. If you are in the EU or the UK and believe your data is mishandled, you may also complain to your national supervisory authority.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and the mailbox is password protected. Your data is not sold, shared or passed to third parties except where the law requires it.

9. Changes

The current version always lives at agworld.online/privacy.html.
